We are thrilled to announce that our Summer 2026 Vacation Care Program is now live, offering a fun, engaging, and adventure-filled schedule for the upcoming school holidays!
🗓 Program Dates
Our Vacation Care Program will run throughout the Summer 2026 school holidays, with a range of exciting incursions, excursions, creative activities, and themed days designed to keep children entertained, learning, and having fun.

💬 Child Care Subsidy (CCS)
A link is provided below with detailed information on how to apply for CCS, along with a graphic showing sample out-of-pocket costs based on different CCS percentages.
Your exact out-of-pocket cost can be viewed directly in your Xplor Home App, based on your CCS entitlements.We highly encourage families to book early and secure the discounted rate.
📌 General Booking Information
To help us organise buses, secure tickets, and prepare activities in advance, we strongly recommend early bookings. Early planning ensures we can deliver the best possible experience for every child.
Please note: Walk-in bookings (made during the same week) will not be accepted without prior approval from the Centre Director.
📝 Permission Notes & Waivers
- All permission notes will be sent via Adobe Sign for digital signing.
- Hard copies are available from the OOSH office upon request.
- Please ensure all forms are completed before the day of the excursion.
- Some activities require additional waivers; these will be included with the permission notes or shared via link.
🧒 Enrolment & Priority
- Our Vacation Care program is open to all Mosman-area primary school students.
- Priority will be given to Beauty Point Public School families.
- We welcome referrals—feel free to share our service with friends or family needing holiday care.
- Please note: 'No-show' bookings will be charged in full.
